The Property Management Service

This comprehensive property management service is designed for landlords who require us to take complete control of the tenancy, it includes:

• Preparation of a Full ARLA Tenancy Agreement
• Collect and Protect Tenant Deposit's
• Preparation of the inventory and schedule of condition with photographs
• Arranging Gas Safety Checks and EPC's
• Arrange Insurance (if required)
• Collection and payment of rents with monthly statements
• Annual Rent Review
• Arranging routine repairs and maintenance
• Quarterly property visits and reports
• Payment of bills from the rent
• Notifying utilities at the beginning and end of tenancy

The Letting and Rent Collection Service

This service is designed for those landlords who want us to find suitable tenants, collect the rent, but who would prefer to deal with property maintenance, property inspections, repairs and tenancy management themselves.

The Find and Let Only Service

Only recommended for those with significant property management and property letting experience, this includes all those items listed above up to the point at which the tenant moves into the property having signed the Tenancy Agreement, agreed the inventory and paid the deposit and first month's rent. At this point we would pass all the relevant documents to you, and the tenant would deal with you from then onwards.
